How to Verify Your Download

Before you use a file, verify it. Most download issues are wrong link, private post or limited source height : all visible before you pay if you Preview.

Five checks in 30 seconds

Resolution: open the MP4, check Properties or Get Info. Compare to Preview heights. 1080p requested may have delivered 720p if source topped there.
Audio sync: scrub middle, not just start. Off-sync comes from re-encoded composites, not Media Wrangler.
Watermark: for your own TikTok, confirm no logo/@handle burn. For others, do not strip.
Duration: match preview duration. Truncated duration means short link or deleted segment.
Location: iPhone Files then Photos, Android Downloads then Gallery, PC Downloads.

If verification fails

Wrong height: Preview again, pick delivered height, do not over-request.
No preview: link is private, deleted or is a profile link : copy the single post.
