Terms of service

Local notes are free and unlimited. Sync, export and import require a yearly plan at 39 USD with manual renewal. After expiry there is a 14-day grace period, then paid features lock until renewal. There is no account and no password reset. The sync key is the only credential, and losing it loses synced notes. Refund requests are handled through the contact page with proof of payment.
